I have a new job position at my work place. A few of you already know this, but I wanted to wait a week before announcing it so I can say a few things about how the job is like so far.
Last week I applied for the opening of Multi-Services Coordinator, which does involve working in a variety of services in my company. I believe I was the only one who applied but nevertheless I still had to go through the entire application process, job interview, etc. (It's a breeze by now though, cuz this was my fifth time applying for a job at this same company--that is, a different position each time. ) Anyways, I started at the beginning of this month. I still work Mondays thru Fridays, with the same supervisor in the afternoon. However, that's only for 4 hours. For an additional 4 hours in the morning, I have a different supervisor. I'm the only one in my company who has two supervisors for the same job. (Some people at my company have two supervisors, but for two separate part-time jobs.) My job is kinda like two part-time jobs anyway.
Anyways, in the morning I do scheduling, home visits, outreach, and other work for two social service programs my company runs. One program helps needy families save electricity by replacing their major appliances (water heater, fridge, and light bulbs) with energy-efficient ones... for free! Another program helps needy elderly people receive financial help for various necessities that aren't covered by other programs.
Then in the afternoon (after lunch break ), I work with my original supervisor with all the youth-related programs our company has, including after-school program (my original job here), the early learning centers, and any other child/student-related programs. I'm supposed to be doing various types of admin work (collecting reports, supply ordering, recruitment, outreach, etc.) as a sort of assistant for my boss, but for now he's making me continue to work after-school program up until he hires a new staff for my former position.
I don't earn that much more money per hour (only a few dimes more), but at least I'm now working 8 hours a day instead of 5 or 6. That still means I'm now earning quite a lot more money overall. Maybe I could celebrate by inviting all my online deviant friends to a restaurant. Of course, none of you live on the same island as me. Oh, speaking of which, if anyone ever visits Kauai, please contact me. I can take you on some simple, splendid hikes as well as show you some cool places to visit.

Time for Hobbies (a short entry)
 Just because you don't see me, doesn't mean I'm not here (nearly every day). :ninjaeat: As usual, I'm usually posting comments on other people's stuff rather than uploading more deviations. Of course, I regularly shoot events and occasionally do paid jobs (parties, family portraits, etc), so I actually do have deviations I could upload. But there just isn't enough time... time for artwork, plus time for my musical endeavors, plus time to read my stacks of books, time for gaming, photography, sculpting, painting, writing stories, planning community events, and many creative activities I want to do or learn. :faint:

Since May of last year, I've been secretly working on a few fictional stories. :plotting: It's my first time putting extremely serious effect into my written creative works, and I even end up fantasizing about having my stories turn into movies, then having hundreds of fans getting in line for my autograph. Even better if there were crowds of screaming fangirls just chasing after me, and I'd have 12 bodyguards try to hold them back... while they call for back-up! :giggle:
I've put most of my attention to this one story which is a sort of dark science-fantasy suspense violence drama which I humbly sometimes dream could be turned into a

Good evening people.
If you haven't known, a year ago back in Aug. 2011 I had unemployment benefits for the first time. I searched for jobs for six months, then got hired by Dept. of Human Services. I've been working there for over sixth months, and it's an alright job. It mostly involves paperwork and other office stuff, much more than my previous office jobs (where I did a wider variety of stuff). Basically medical assistance applications come in, completed by clients, and I'm one of several workers who review them, request for any supporting documents from the clients to prove their eligibility, determine if they're eligible in any
